Pumpkin Recipe Roundup

October is officially here and with that being said we have decided to officially declare it Pumpkin Month here at Badger Kitchen! (As if you didn't see that one coming.)  And while it is totally cliche to be focusing on pumpkin during the month of October, we can't help it because we just love pumpkin everything so we assume everyone else does as well!

To kick the month off we're doing a little recap of all things pumpkin!

This pumpkin french toast bread pudding can double as either a decadent breakfast or a unique dessert, and since there's already a splash of bourbon in it, you might as well pour yourself a drink to enjoy as well while you're at it.

If you're looking to go the more traditional route, you can never go wrong with this pumpkin bread.  It's my family's go-to pumpkin bread recipe and a slice goes great served up as an afternoon snack.
